Ok, I haven't been very active here lately and a very kind person noted me about a week ago of someone trying to sell my art. Now first, it's a free avatar, second they are going to make real money off of it. I'll just post the note that I was sent because I can't see a better way of explaining it.

So, this website called IMVU has a feature where you can submit badges. You can make them autogrant(free) or sell them. The user Hawaii aka B-e-n-z-i-i DA here has decided to use your free crystal earth clock avatar as a badge to sell on this website. Seeing as I'm an admin from a user made forum for badge sale on the website I feel I should tell you this. She has been banned for causing drama after we confronted her upon the situation. So now, the matter is in your hands as well as few others who are unhappy with her actions. IMVU official staff does not partake in situations such as these and they leave it to the DMCA agent. Here is the screenshot including your image in the thread. [link] I do not know how you feel towards someone using your artwork for profit, let alone not stating WHERE she got the image. Though, I figured you needed to know. If you are not pleased with her actions feel free to respond and I'll send screenshots to staff as well as other forum officers to have her thread removed. My avatars are not yours to use on other websites let alone sell and in truth there is about nothing I can do about this Hawaii girl stealing my art. If you have an IMVU, please contact her about this getting removed. I haven't had an IMVU for about  5 years, I just relogged in to check this clusterf&^# out. I don't know how to message her, and my name on their is so different than the one I have here she probably wouldn't believe I was the OA.

Anyway, I'm terribly upset.
